OUR PROCESS

Stage 1
One of our designers with meet with the client to discuss project goals and personal aesthetic preferences. From functionality to style, our goal is to establish a clear understanding of your priorities and preferences. We will take any additional measurements needed as well as photos to help us get a better understanding of the space we’re staging.

Stage 2
After the site walk-through, our team prepares a design package that outlines the space’s core furnishings. We'll select your furnishings for your space and completely style it by layering in lighting, greenery, rugs, accessories, and artwork to help your property sell.

Stage 3
On installation day, our home staging team furnishes and styles the property. We augment the design with final touches like artwork, lighting, fresh flowers and décor that breathe life into the space.
